U Yin Oo is a Division Head of Operation Division at HIGH TECH CONCRETE Co.,Ltd. The Operation Division consists of QA QC Department, Project Management Department & Maintenance Department and focuses on Design Development and Manufacturing of Ready Mixed Concrete. He has had over 20 years of Ready-Mixed Concrete Manufacturing in Concrete Batching Plants in Myanmar.

U Yin Oo was in charge of concrete batching plants that supply concrete to government projects such as the Union Parliament, Central Bank of Myanmar, National Guest House during implementation period of Naypyidaw (the official residences of the Cabinet of Myanmar and the headquarters of government ministries and military). He won the Best Manager award in 2008, which is only presented to the top of Managers in HIGH TECH CONCRETE.

Previously, U Yin Oo worked as Quality Controller of Chin The Batching Plant. He joined HIGH TECH CONCRETE in 2001 and responsible as a Quality Control Executive. He hold a Bachelor of Art (Geography) Degree from Dagon University.

U Yin Oo says, “Every mistake can be benefit if you can learn. Today will be difficult, it could be worse tomorrow, if you make a serious effort on the day after tomorrow, you will achieve the goal of success. All partners and employees must be able to work together safely in the workplace and honestly to meet customer requirements.” 

U Yin Oo travels frequently for business purpose and does not feel tired because he loves to travel. He is active in the community and he used to organize for donations and welfare in traditional ceremonies. He lives in North Dagon Township, Yangon with his wife and their daughter and son.
