Ms. Pa Pa, graduated with a Bachelor of Computer Science from Yangon University of Computer Studies. She is also a diploma holder of Civil Engineering and Business Studies. She has had over 16 years of experience in the Ready Mixed Concrete Industry.

As an experienced production process controller, she manages all the processes from purchasing raw material, evaluate costing to quality control to achieve customer satisfaction.

Ms. Pa Pa has witnessed the fast-growing demands of construction materials in the country, over the last few years where construction of roads and various structures greatly increased. In a fast paced and competitive market, the expectations of customers have evolved too. She thrives on these challenges and performs well in her role to ensure that the company continues to deliver high quality products to its customers.

  A firm believer of continuous improvement, Ms. Pa Pa takes her learning and development seriously. She has a thirst for knowledge and makes the effort to share her knowledge with her fellow peers and subordinates. Her friendly disposition makes her a well-liked and respected figure in the company.
